US President Barack Obama set up an open conflict with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday in his long-awaited speech on the "Arab Spring" revolts, by saying that territorial lines in place before the 1967 Arab-Israeli war should be the basis for a peace deal. The Palestinian press praised Obama's call but noted he offered no proposals to relaunch stalled talks, and there's was skepticism on the streets of Hebron in the West Bank. Duration: 00:37.
