International Conference "Remove your hands away from Libya" : On 17 and 18 April 2011, was held in Tripoli, the first meeting of THE NGO INTERNATIONAL CONTACT GROUP ON LIBYA,
Jointly organized by the Libyan Association "Stop War Foundation”, the National Organization of Libyan Youth, with the help of the pan-European networks ELAC - Euro-Libyan Action Committees,
The closing session -on April 18 evening- of the conference is chaired by Dr. Khaled KAIM, Libyan Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs.
And the reading of the final statement is made by Luc MICHEL, ELAC founder and new president of the “International Commission of the Forum of Associations against the war in Libya", as responsible for coordinating the fight for the Jamahiriya in Europe and Africa.
