Scroll down your cPanel hosting screen and select phpMyAdmin in the Databases category. The phpMyAdmin main screen will appear. Select the database you wish to manage.

First select the SQL tab. Now Browse to search for a database to upload, then select it and Open. And finally click Go. The SQL query has been executed of the database. Select the table to see all the details of table.

To save the table to your computer, select the Export tab. Scroll down the page and select Save as file box then select Go. A security warning will appear for you to select Save and Save again in the Save in File. The download is complete.
