First video turned out pretty blurry when I uploaded it. This one still isn't perfect, but it's better at least.

This battle is pretty pointlessly lengthy, though. The rival has an EX Power (X Attack) and three Full Restores, but by this point you have 12 Fresh Water, 5 Full Restores, and an Oran Berry equipped anyway. So all the extra healing by the rival does is make this battle needlessly long. Heck, it manages to be even easier than the actual rival battle from Fire Red because of the sheer number of healing items YOU have!

In the end, I redid the battle and purposely lost. I don't get the exp for beating my rival, but that's easily gained from wild puppets at this point anyway. I'd rather save my healing items at this point.
