The new Jaguar XJ 3.0 was launched at Auto Shanghai 2011 and has been tailor made specifically for China and other markets where there is a demand for large luxury cars with smaller engines.
In a sector where 90% of the large luxury market has smaller engines this is a great opportunity for Jaguar to increase their market share. Equipped with a 3.0 V6 engine and an automatic six speed transmission system, the suspension has been specifically optimized for Chinese conditions thereby greatly increasing driving and passenger comfort.
The new XJ 3.0 is a long wheelbase model, with an increased length of 125mm providing additional rear leg room. The combination of top quality materials, craftsmanship, and advanced technology has produced a truly luxurious business environment.
This video features David Steele, Jaguar’s Global Product Marketing Director, Jaguar, talking about the new development.
