I'm Colleen and this is Brenna. We're at Bend Yoga Studio today and we're going to show you a little Lunge variation with the Quad Stretch. As Brenna's ready she'll sit on her knees and step her right foot forward to the front of her mat. Coming into a little lunge, she'll draw her right knee over her right ankle allowing the front shin bone to be perpendicular to the floor. Good. Once she feels steady in this shin she'll gently lift her left toes up off the floor. Reaching around and grabbing a hold of the left foot with the left hand. Good. Once she's comfortably grabbed a hold of the ankle, she'll turn her hips and her heart back forward towards the front of her mat and ever so gently begins to draw the left foot in towards the left hip. There you go. If she feels steady she can also extend her right hand up to the sky drawing the right shoulder blade down the back. And as she inhales lifting the crown of the head up towards the sky. Good. To come out she'll very slowly and gently bring her right hand back to her right knee and drop her left foot back to the floor.
