You have views in opposite directions and the seasonal breezes are terrific. A side-by-side, extra-large capacity washer and dryer is provided in every apartment. A gas forced-air furnace will warm your apartment nicely, but you'll never receive a heat bill. Private, enclosed storage is provided off the balcony or patio for your occasional-use items.
