Fears of radiation are rising as more countries ban some food imports from Japan. Singapore, Canada, Australia, the US, Russia, the Philippines and Hong Kong have all tightened restrictions on produce from areas near the nuclear power plant in Japan, damaged by a powerful quake and tsunami on March 11.
