Ingredients- 1 cup zucchini 1 cup babycorn 1 cup green beans 1 cup pasta cooked 1 cup assorted bell peppers 1/2 cup soya cream cheese 1/2 cup soya milk 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup onions 1/2 cup water 3 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Heat the oil Add garlic, zucchini, onions, green beans, bell peppers and pasta. Add the salt, pepper and mix well. Add the soya milk and soya cream cheese. Serve hot.
