Give yourself a good plank starting position, and then plant your feet flat on the ground, alternating. Do not let your hips lift. Keep them down. Keeping your tummy tight the whole time. Remember to breathe. Do 30 of these, take a break and then do 2 more sets. You should have a strong core in no time.
