VIDEO: As the flood of refugees from Libya into neighbouring Tunisia slows to manageable proportions, attention is shifting on to the living conditions of an estimated 15,000 people waiting in makeshift tents at the border. The impromptu refugee camp just inside Tunisia generates mountains of waste daily, and with only a few dozen latrines to go round, authorities and aid workers are now racing to stop sanitary conditions from becoming a major health risk.
