Catherine Zeta-Jones has been to Buckingham Palace to collect her CBE from Prince Charles.
She went to the palace with her husband, Michael Douglas, who has recently fought a much-publicised battle against throat cancer.
The Welsh beauty received the honour for her services to the film industry and to charity.
The 41-year-old Swansea-born actress said after the event: "It means a lot to come home with my family and to be honoured in this way - very emotional, rather nervous I must say, and it was worth (it) to have Michael in good health to be able to enjoy it (with me)."
Douglas and the couple's two children, Dylan, 10, and Carys, seven, joined her for the honour.
The actor looked thin despite revealing recently that he has beaten cancer and that his tumour has gone. He has said he now needs monthly checks.
