The Bombay High Court has upheld the conviction and death sentence given to a Pakistani man charged for the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

The charges included waging war on India and murder.

Mohammad Ajmal Kasab is the only surviving gunman from the attacks that killed 166 people.

Kasab's lawyer says her client still has the option of appealing to the Supreme Court against the High Court order.

India accuses Pakistan-based militants of organizing the attacks, and says Islamabad is failing to act against those who organized the raids.
