Ingredients:
5-6 tomatoes diced
1 cup spaghetti cooked
1 cup tomato puree
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp sugar
4-5 basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add the bay leaf, garlic and onions. Mix well.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, salt , sugar, pepper and tomato puree.
Let everything cook very well.
Add little water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add the basil leaves and spaghetti.
Give it a good toss and serve.
