In this video I show the steps I followed to fabricate an aluminum bell for a contest at the Backyard Metal Casting forum. Shown are the progression from cutting foam insulation, lathing a foam bell, preparing it for lost foam casting, the fire & smoke of the pours, the shakeouts and the finishing of the bell.
