This is an awesome body weight exercise that really targets the triceps. By keeping your elbows in towards your ribcage you take the chest out of the exercise as the main muscle group and focus more on the arms. Make sure you engage your entire body - legs and especially core abs - to hold the correct form. Drop to your knees if you need to to work up your strength. This is an awesome core arm workout!
