Ingredients:
400 gm paneer
200 gm tomato puree
2 medium sized capsicums
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
5 - 6 garlic flakes
1/2 inch ginger
1-1 1/2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add garlic and ginger and stir fry.
Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well.
Add paneer and let it cook for 4 minutes.
Add capsicum and boiled corn and mix well.
Add salt and let it cook for 7 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and garam masala.
Serve hot.
