No, if you want to keep the property, because property taxes run with the land. If you want to keep your house, then talk to your mortgage company to see if they will roll your taxes in with the mortgage. If they will not let you, then borrow the money to get your taxes current.
If you were surrendering the house, then the property taxes would be dischargeable in a bankruptcy.
