This week's mutation is Flu Season, where the survivors have to make it to the safe room with only Boomers and Spitters spawning. Common infected will only spawn when the Boomer has puked on you. It is the 2nd Custom Mutation to be released on the Xbox 360/PC. It is 2 mutations combined, "Boomer Shooter" by SR69MMJC and "Spitters!" by Karma Jockey (Steam Forums).
