MADE ME COMFORTABLE! Troy, at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, did an outstanding job - and he is an enormous asset to you. I can certainly see your influence on him - he has that wonderful skill you have of meeting people on their own terms. That is, he matched my own demeanor spot on - even though it seemed to change moment-by-moment. When he sensed that I could maintain my sense of humor even in the midst of what should have been a sad occasion, he laughed right along with me. (God knows I love an audience). But, in the moments when the sadness swept over me (probably my own guilt at being such an s.o.b.), he acknowledged that sadness and made me comfortable in it. Above all, he was the consummate professional in every way.
