Surprisingly enough, Air Buster's actually kind of tricky in this challenge. Without physical attacks, there's no way you can exploit its increased weakness to backside attacks; that means you're going to have to duke it out the old-fashioned way.

Air Buster has 1,200 HP; its turn function breaks when you lower its HP to below 20%, which boils down to 240 HP. The catch here is when to attack; if Air Buster's turn function is close to breaking down, you have to make sure that it's facing Cloud before you fire the Bolt that will reduce its HP to below 20%.

Once Air Buster's turn function is broken, reduce its HP so that one or two of Barret's Bolts will finish it off, and then kill off Cloud and Tifa before dealing the final blow.
