Talk Show Queen Oprah Winfrey is in Australia with 300 guests from her show. They enjoyed a lavish cocktail party at the Royal Botanic Gardens on Saturday night.

[Audience Member, Oprah Winfrey Show]:
"Oprah's the Queen, I just hope she's having as good a time in Australia as we are."

It was matched by a spectacular fireworks display in the Sydney Harbor where a big "O" was lit up in Oprah's honor.

[Oprah Winfrey, Talk Show Queen]:
"This has been the most spectacular trip of my life."

Oprah's busy weekend ended after her and over 250 of her guests took part in the Sydney Harbor bridge climb. It was believed to be the largest number of climbers on the bridge at any one time.

Oprah wore a grey jumpsuit required for the climb, before making her way up the stairs to the summit, which towers 134 meters above the harbor.

Oprah's big adventure culminates later today, where two shows will be taped at the Sydney Opera house.

Guest celebrities so far include include Russell Crowe, Bindi Irwin, Hugh Jackman, and Olivia Newton-John. Bon Jovi will perform some of their greatest hits and hip-hop superstar Jay-Z will stop by for a special surprise.

[Oprah Winfrey, Talk Show Queen]:
"I've got a lot of surprises up my sleeve. Everybody thinks they know whose coming, but there are a couple of more people."

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban who have just flown in from Los Angels will also appear on the show.

[Nicole Kidman, Actor]:
It's good to be in Sydney actually, for Chrissie. Good to see you."

About 700 hours of footage has been filmed around Australia, which will form the basis of four episodes of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" - two consisting of field footage, and two from the Sydney Opera House.
