Keng Tiang Tee is a graduate from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. He is a Life member of The Singapore Watercolour Society, The Society of Chinese Artists, The Singapore Art Society and the NAFA Alumni Association. He is also an Honorary member of the Victorian Watercolour Society of Australia. Keng's work has been regularly exhibited in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan, Australia and the United Kingdom. The collectors of his works include private individuals, the American Women's Association, public local institutions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and overseas government bodies.
