Brazil's outgoing President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is leaving office with soaring popularity ratings, thanks in part to his "Zero Hunger" campaign which has pushed millions of families above the poverty line and won him the UN's "Global Champion in the Battle Against Hunger" award. One of the key measures of the campaign is the "bolsa familia", a monthly stipend given to families, who in return commit to sending their children to school and having them vaccinated.Duration: 02:09
