The 29-year-old was reportedly interviewed for six hours, with authorities planning more questions on Wednesday.
There is also speculation she was forced to check into a budget airport hotel, while her sister Nicky went onto their five-star resort.
The pair were due in the country to promote their fashion and fragrance lines. The press conference scheduled for Wednesday has been cancelled.
Hilton was fined £1200 on Monday, ordered to do 200 hours of community service and given a one-year suspended sentence after admitting to carrying drugs in Las Vegas.
