Tinie Tempah is proving he can do no wrong this year. After scoring two hit singles he has now landed four nominations at the Mobo Awards.
The South London rapper is in the running for best newcomer, best UK act, best song and best video.
"I'm overwhelmed," said the 21-year-old
"I'm just so happy that everyone's reacted the way they have to my music.
"It's a big deal," he added.
Tinie leads the field going into the event. Dizzee Rascal, N-Dubz, Plan B and Professor Green all landed three nods each.
The annual prizegiving celebrating music of black origin is now in its 15th year.
The winners will be unveiled at a glitzy ceremony in Liverpool on October 20.
