The Sugarbabes may have been away for a while, but the girls are gearing up to release a new album.

Heidi, the longest serving member of the group, said: "After the festivals we head back into the studios to work on the new album and that should be ready next year"

But it seems that they are unsure what direction their music will take yet.

Newest Sugababe Jade added:"We're still learning each others tastes and the things that we want to talk about, so in that sense our sound is still pretty raw".

If you fancy seeing the Sugababes, Heidi, Amelle and Jade, will be performing at the V Festival on August 21 and 22.
