Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise have found themselves in the middle of one of the most famous cycling races in the world.
Diaz said: "We did Top Gear in England, in London, and that's such a huge thrill for us because we are both drivers, so we got to race cars all day. And then we got to come and you know ride along the leaders in the Tour de France."
The 37-year-old added: "If every press tour was like this, I'd be signing on, you know, for as long as they'd want me to."
The pair, who are busy promoting new film Knight and Day, took centre stage on Friday in Bordeaux as they got to hand over the acclaimed 'yellow jersey' to the present leader of the Tour de France, Alberto Contador.
Standing next to the smiling Spaniard, the US actors said it was an honour to be able to take part in such an event.
