KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Coast Guard conducts safety patrols in the Columbia River near Kennewick, Wash., Saturday, July 24, 2010. Crews from Station Cape Disappointment, Wash., Station Portland, Ore., Aids to Navigation Station Kennewick and crews from over ten Coast Guard Auxiliary flotillas patrolled the waters between Kennewick and Pasco, Wash. Friday, July 24 - Sunday, July 26 to enforce safety zones for the high speed boat races. Crews from the Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla, Wash., Sheriffs' departments worked with the Coast Guard to maintain safety zones and ensure boater safety.
