In the center of the city of Hebron lies the "Tel Rumeida" neighborhood. In 1986, a new settlement was established at the heart of the neighborhood. Jewish settlers of Tel Rumieda colonized one side of a dead-end street -- the Abu Eisha family lives on the other side.
