TALKING POINTS - Relations between the American search giant and Beijing have been tense since Google stated it no longer wanted to cooperate with the Chinese government's web filtering. Google closed its China-based search engine and rerouted users to its unfiltered Hong Kong site. But the company stopped the automatic switching this week.
