A restaurant on wheels is offering a unique dining experience in western India. Food enthusiasts can enjoy gourmet food while traveling and touring the area.

This double Decker bus has been transformed in a mobile restaurant called Hijackk, spotted in Ahmedabad City in India’s state of Gujarat. The restaurant offers gourmet food while providing a tour of the area.

"We started with this concept because we wanted people to enjoy good food and nice ambience while traveling around the whole city. We have selected Ahemdabad city because it is a growing city and because of the development in the infrastructure."

Hijackk serves Indian, Mexican and Chinese vegetarian food. The menu changes every 10 days.

The lower deck is complete with entertainment, which includes music where customers can choose songs from a playlist.

On the upper deck, customers can dine in the open air while listening to live guitar performances.

Customers are impressed with this unique concept.

"Well it's been fun, to be very honest. And this bus is quite comfortable that I think is the good thing that they have planned and you don't feel major bumps (jerks) and the food is good."

The restaurant can fit up to 44 people.

The tour covers some key areas of the city in over an hour.
