Some 15 or more top stock picks broke out last week as the major market indexes moved back above their 200-day moving averages and have confirmed a new uptrend. What's more, there are many more setting up to break out as early as next week. As I had mentioned several weeks ago, leading stocks tend to predict market turnarounds, and the last two weeks have born that out.
