Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi today addressed an election rally in Ludhiana (Punjab) to seek support for Manish Tewari, Congress candidate from this Lok Sabha constituency. Ludhiana went to the polls on 13th May 2009, in the last round of assembly elections.
