Marie Taillard | How brands use social media to communicate with their customers

Marie Taillard is a Professor of Marketing on the London Campus of ESCP Europe and Programme Director of the School's successful new Master in Marketing and Creativity. After a career in marketing management in the travel industry, Marie turned to teaching and research to share and further her interest in understanding the joint role of consumers and marketers in shaping brands.
