The winners of charity YouthNet’s LifeSupport: Change through art competition have been announced at an exclusive exhibition event.
Photography, film and illustration, submitted by young people to demonstrate how the recession has impacted them and their communities, was on display in a one-night-only exhibition at the Design Museum. Sponsored by the Citi Foundation and Egg the event was hosted by Chloe Madeley and prizes were awarded by Martyn Lewis, Charlie McDonnell, Matthew Stone and Nigel Davies.
Talented young film producer Chris Vickers (21) from Essex landed the coveted £1,000 cash prize for his video entry, Times of Change while Andrea Bowie (23) from Swindon, Brigitte Sutherland (23) from Bristol and Connor Matheson (17) from Barnsley picked up £300 prizes.
