Street Stock feature race at Grand Prairie Speedway in Grand Prairie, TX on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Flagman starts race with a stalled car on the track and also does not throw a yellow or red flag when a car flips. Example of WORST flagging ever. Since the lights were working intermittently, drivers were told to watch the flagman.
