Lily Allen has walked away with a handful of gongs at the 2010 Ivor Novello Awards.


Two awarded to her track 'The Fear' which featured on her latest album 'It's not me, it's you' - it won both the PRS for Music most performed work award as well as for best song musically and lyrically.


There were plenty of tears in her eyes as she collected the gongs.


Asked back stage if her Novello success would make her reconsider plans to "retire", Allen shook her head and said: "I don't know about that."


Former Smiths gultarist Johnny Marr was awarded the inspiration prize.


While other winners included Paolo Nutini - who got the album award for Sunny Side Up, and Bat For Lashes - aka - Natasha Khan whose track 'Daniel' won best contemporary song.


'Modfather' Paul Weller received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
