Colombia may have been better known for cocaine and kidnappings, but its image has been steadily changing thanks in part to a hard-line approach from the government towards cartels and guerrilla groups. Tourism has doubled in the last decade with the key attraction being the UNESCO-listed town of Cartagena, on the Caribbean coast. Even here, though, there are constant reminders that the gap between rich and poor is one of the greatest in Latin America. Duration: 02:23
