This video is from the Houston Personal Injury Lawyers and Houston Truck Accident Lawyers at Vujasinovic & Beckcom:  http://www.vbattorneys.com.  This is the videotaped deposition of a witness to a Houston Truck Accident which occurred at the Houston Ship Channel.  As you can see, the witness testifies that the accident is clearly the fault of Diego Cipriano, who was on the job with Richway Cartage (supplied by staffing agency AMI).  In fact, this witness was employed by Richway Cartage at the time of the truck accident.  These companies had insurance, but the insurance company denied the claim.  Unfortunately, insurance companies all too often refuse to fairly pay claims no matter what the evidence shows, forcing injured people to bring their cases to trial for a jury to decide.
