I think it is great for assisting in the development of power in your strikes. There is so much info out there on weight training and how to perform each exercise that I wont go into technique,science of weight vs reps etc. However my golden rule is forget trying to lift too heavy just maintain good form from start to finish and keep the reps slow and steady
