http://CoastGuardNews.com PORTSMOUTH, Va. - A 5th District Coast Guard member in the Hampton Roads area held the 2nd annual Taylor Hayes Memorial Golf Tournament at the Sleepy Hole Golf Course in Suffolk, Va., in memory of his daughter on Apr. 9, 2010. Lt. Greg Hayes' 16-year-old daughter was killed in an auto accident in May 2008 and he began a memorial tournament to promote seatbelt safety and it raises money for a Western Branch High School Scholarship.
