Louis-Pierre Wenes, France Telecom Deputy CEO was the architect of a rigid business transformation strategy, which cut costs and increased revenue at the telcom giant.
In his first interview since resigning, Wenes, the former deputy CEO, talks about the hardest lessons he has ever learnt.
