2010 WINTER OLYMPICS - Last results : American alpine queen Lindsey Vonn clinched the United States' first ever Olympic gold in women's downhill skiing on Wednesday. Compatriot Julia Mancuso finished second with Austrian Elisabeth Goergl winning the bronze at the Winter Games.
