The Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon has assumed a stature of eminence, being the largest single charity and philanthropic event in India. Every year a variety of innovative fund raising activities are initiated during the marathon, all with the sole objective of raising maximum funds for a worthy cause. Over Rs. 33 crores have been raised through the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon in 6 years since its inception. One such initiative introduced this year is the Charity Auction of Running numbers.
