The report begins at the end of the inhabited world on the Arctic Sea in the Norwegian town of Kirkenes. The Russian port of Murmansk lies to the east and the North Pole lies northwards over the Barents Sea.Reporter Tilmann Bünz meets Norwegian fishermen trawling the waters for giant Red King Crabs introduced during the Stalin era,and Russian captains surviving on their long decrepit ships. Tilmann needed a special permit to enter no man's land,a ten-metre wide strip between East and West.
