President Obama lists the reasons why the House should pass the health care reform bill on the eve of a historic vote on health care. He notes that this is the first time a health care reform bill has made it all the way through all of the House committees and to the House floor. Obama said he had visited with House members and reminded them that this is a once in a generation chance to make such a beneficial change.
