The original launch of the Arbitrage Conspiracy was January of 2009, and it was only offered it to a handful of people. Aymen wants people in this horrible economy to end the year with a bang so he is relaunching Arbitrage Conspiracy Unleashed, the 2.0 version of the course in October of 2009.
