राज्यसभा में जबरदस्त विपक्ष हुआ । विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने सदन में कहा- संसद का मतलब है लोकसभा व राज्यसभा। लेकिन लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता को बोलने नहीं दिया जा रहा है। इस पर जवाब देते हुए सदन के नेता जेपी नड्डा ने कहा- विपक्ष के नेता को पता होना चाहिए कि लोकसभा कार्यवाही के बारे में राज्यसभा में चर्चा नहीं की जा सकती है।

There was a strong opposition in the Rajya Sabha (Upper House of Parliament). Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge said in the House, "Parliament means both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. But the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha is not being allowed to speak." Responding to this, Leader of the House J.P. Nadda said, "The Leader of the Opposition should know that Lok Sabha proceedings cannot be discussed in the Rajya Sabha."
