At least five people were killed when a small Mexican Navy aircraft on a medical mission crashed near Galveston on the Texas coast. The plane was carrying a child patient and seven others when it went down near a causeway. Officials said those onboard included four Navy officers and four civilians, but identities of the victims have not yet been confirmed.
